Doesn't start | When activating the key, tsound was 112v from the power supply and voltages on the regulators ic855 and 853, the LED did not light up and tsound was no voltage at the output of the ic 851. When removing solder from this c.i. on the output pin, the 5v came back, I followed the trail and removed the cap. 855 (470/16v) and when turning on the LED it came on.
