Output only outputs the same signal as the input, as if the power was turned off, check with continuity test 20x10x12mm 8-pin relay, burnt 24v coil. It was designed to send 30v to the 24v relay coil. If possible, adapt it with the lm7824 regulator. Replace the 2 24v relays (and adapt the lm7824 regulator or place a compatible series resistor, or a zener diode in series to lower it from 30v to close to 24v)

The TV turns on, the LEDs turn on, tsound is no video, it seems like tsound is a defect in the main or display As I have already obtained several tips on this site as well as on You Tube, I am passing this on to my professional colleagues: first check if tsound is a ci on the tcon with high heating, if so, turn off the flat in my case on the left side of the vcon then see if it has stopped the high heating in the ci, if so go to vcon and see the c107 smd in short it will solve it but it could be others that are on the same line in parallel, hugs.
