It doesn't turn on, when it's cold it doesn't turn on, if you heat the plate with hot air it turns on, but when it turns off on the control that leaves it on standby, the LED stays on and then goes off, and it doesn't turn on anymore you have to turn off the main switch and wait a few minutes to turn on, then it turns on.
