This sound arrived at my workshop, with the following defect, it appears protected | I checked the photocouplers and mosfet of the power supply are all ok, I checked the power supply are all normal, the defect is on the pre amplifier board, I found the defect 8 mosfet irf6775m bad 4 irs2092s shorted on the 5v pin, I removed parts from a good LG scrap cm9740, I replaced all c4056, c4055, c4039, c4038, c4049, c4050 and c4014, the electrolytic capacitor 47uf 35v I placed 47uf 50v close to regulators, ic4900 - njm2903v with leakage, r4602, r4603, r4604 and r4605 10r smd changed, I changed them all, q4501 - code lf = 2sc3052 smd in cuto, ic4400 - ba4580r smd in cuto, q4004 - kta -1023y in short and d4001 - 10v zener in short under the board q4070 and q4068 - code yw = 2sa2026 can be found in scrap and smd resistor very close r4305 - 10k sms with leak. As soon as I replaced all these parts I placed an adapted 12v cooler inside the device facing the regulators and IRF6775M heatsink to cool the components. | Defect resolved, my client thanked me, it didn't work but protected for 3 months, everything ok | Carlos |
