How to use the 32pfl3404 board in the 42pfl3604 | Modification to make the boards compatible. | Remove the following components from the 42" board, transferring one by one to the 32", these are components that are not present on the 32" and need to be placed to work: 12 smd capacitors from the main p.c.i placed against the lvds cable, a cable that go to tcon, they are: 480, 481, 482, 483, 484, 485, 486, 487, 488, 489, 490, 491. now the 06 double smd coils, these are placed against the u11 processor, you have to remove the shield that covers the processor, they are: l6,7,4,5,2,3. remember, these are parts to be removed from the 42" board to be attached to the 32" board, if you turn it on and tsound is no image, transfer it. also the u10 memory and the u21 memory (this contains display code information). I did the above and it worked, the 32" board modified to 42" was perfect. | MIGUELTV |

Turns on with logo and turns off backlight | LED lights up, but it's defective | I quickly tested all the LEDs and found only one open, all the others lit up. When I finished the replace, I turned it on and the defect still persisted, but I noticed that tsound was a light flickering (trembling), I placed cardboard covering the bars so that I left only one of the bars exposed, I tested them all and discovered the bar that was shaking the lights. I short-circuited it with a wire isolating the LED from the LED and I found an LED that caused the defect and the damn thing lit up, strange, but it lit up and with the direct test I hadn't noticed it because I only touched 6 volts, it lit up quickly and I went on to the next test. A tip to keep an eye on, you waste a lot of time researching these cocks. hug! alex nardi | Tecnardi |

Normal TV but suddenly it turns off abruptly or gives a green screen with vertical lines, a typical screen defect, it locks the controls via remote and keyboard and after this less than 30 seconds it turns off. | You see, I turned off the TCON, disconnected the inverter board from the LEDs and disconnected the keyboard and PCI from the remote receiver. Even so, the TV turned off, so I changed the power supply covers, all of them and nothing. conclusion main board defect... but when the new board arrived, surprise, the same defect. | After days, luckily the TV turned off and I pressed power on the keyboard and remote and the TV did not turn on, analyzing the power supply I concluded that the q5 (bc848- smd) of the power supply (mp116-ch) was not switching ps_on, I removed it and measured and I found no fault, but I decided to replace it and that was enough to solve the defect. a momentary short/leak between collector and base was enough for this voltage to affect the main board and cause the processor to freeze, which is why it gave a green screen... | MIGUELTV |
