CCE	HPS1471	Horizontal output shorted	Observation, this TV had a shorted horizontal output, I replaced the two bcs, I replaced two protective SMD transistors and nothing, always on the protective eht pin it armed and did not allow the same oscillation until I disconnected all the outputs from the secondary power supply and then I found out that it wasn't a power supply defect, so I disconnected the protection pin and then it didn't turn off, it turned on with an image as if the tube was weak, then I went to the RGB board and removed the socket, I resoldered it and everything was resolved,		edson v
