No picture, only blank raster | L303 10uf o/c in 12v supply. i found leaky zener d171, after replacing it the ic1204 was still running hot, but with 4 volts on the output at this time. when i disconnected pin28 of microprocessor, the supply was at 5 volts and the regulator wasn't hot. pin28 measured 1kΩ to ground. when a new chip arrived, it measured 1kΩ as well, the only difference is when you freeze the faulty ic, resistance goes up to 3kΩ, when you freeze the new ic, resistance goes down to 0.4kΩ. after replacing the micro controller, ic1204 5v regulator was running cold. the micro controller was 15 uk pounds +vat from hrs. | ||
