PHILCO	PH21 US A1	Arrived dead without standby.	The strw5654 was killing the 160v input voltage which was 110v.	I replaced it and the TV turned on standby and turned on but with only a scratch on the bottom, I replaced the stv8172 and the screen opened with a vertical black stripe on the right side, try to adjust it with control in service mode.
