PHILCO	PH24M LED A2	It doesn't turn on, it doesn't have 12 v, the primary power supply doesn't work. it only has approximately 158 v in q1 (7n60)	Z1 shorted (smd y8w33 zener 22v), photo p1(817) with leak, if it doesn't work, replace ic1(mjp 31)	If you don't have the SMD zener, put 2 11v in series. the ic that generates the pwm mjp 31 = ld 7531 = ku1 31a.
