Image distortion | Update t-con data. do not replace any parts | 1. download software version 1082.1 or higher from samsung.com 2. unzip the file and save the folder t-ktsu2akuc to the root of a usb drive and bring the usb with you at the time of repair 3. insert the usb into the usb port on tv 4. go to settings → support → software update → update now to start the update. please wait for the update to finish 5. the tv will power off and back on when the update is done 6. after the update is done, the tv needs to be cold booted again manually for t-con to be updated.
