Turns on starts appears d-protection turns off | This device arrived at my workshop, with a d-protection defect, I tested the mosfets, they were all good, I checked the irs2092s, they were all shorted on pins 10 and 12, I replaced them all with new ones, the output short on the smd capacitor, I turned on the sound, it continued giving d-protection, I checked the voltages +5v - 5v that feeds amplifiers irs2092s and 4580 the +5v giving normal already - 5v is giving 4.3v, this is low when analyzing this voltage came from the power supply pin 5, I removed the sound power supply board to the forehead and connected 2 resistors 1k separately I connected 5.6va pin 10 and 11 amp.p.ctl and pec.p.ctl I connected the power supply to the socket to take measurements all the voltages were normal minus -5v giving -1v ic953 lm79l05f was open c954 100uf 16v bad I changed it I tested it and showed up -5v I put the audio sound power supply on all outputs and they worked. | Defect resolved | Andre |
