Tip 2: don't care; display remains without anything appearing; telephone line has 48vdc. If you put 3.3v on the 470uf capacitor and it doesn't oscillate after a few seconds, nothing appears on the display. | Bad crystal smd capacitor (tube crystal 32.768 hz) | Oscillates after a few seconds when you place the oscilloscope probe. I put a 33pf capacitor and it worked, as pf is difficult to test, maybe it will work with other values (15 to 47pf?).
