Sound turns on demo mode partially but does not start | +12v low voltage, it was measuring below 9v. In the region of the inductors l1 and l2 of the power supply, the solders were oxidized and tsound was that disgusting glue that after a while gives conductivity. | Redo the welds in the region and remove all this factory glue.
