SONY	TCK8	Missing p/n for lcd display	We need the part number for the lcd display on this model.on page 43 of the service manual it lists a panel assy for the lcd (p/nx-3555-504-1) which is no longer available. is this the lcd or is thereanother number which i am not aware of? -hq comments
SONY	D5	Disc motor does not rotate	The disc motor did not rotate although the inputs (clock,servo, b+, ground) were fine. we found the hall devices to be open.
SONY	PCM701ES	No playback	The unit would not play back. ic505 was not operating due tothe clock input on pin 12 being absent. we found the trouble in the vco.q524 had a b-e short and upset regulators q525 and q526.
