SONY	KX2501A	All blue raster, retrace lines, very low video level, q1302	Crt raster was all blue with faint retrace lines and very lowvideo level. we were unable to reduce the blue level with crt or bright-ness controls. dc voltage checks allowed me to trace problem to a leakytransistor, q1302 on bd board.
