Doesn't start | It was verified that the input fuse was good and I found that the power board did not generate voltages of 5 volts or 12 volts. I verified that the ci.ic100 was shorted to pin 5 between 7 and 8. smd resistor was toast r107 value of 392 or 3k9 and a coil l101 was open. | The integrated circuit IC100 LNK364PN was replaced and the SMD resistor R107 3K9 and the 2.2MH coil L101 were replaced.
