Does not turn on, then hissing at the power supply, then yellowish image. | The TV did not turn on nor did the stand by LED light up, the ci601 strw6556a voltages were all at 0 volts with the exception of pin 1 which was at 174 volts. checking the circuit I found r603 68k was open, this resistor feeds the ci601, so I replaced it and the ci601 started working again, however the LED kept oscillating, increasing and decreasing its brightness and at the same time a hissing coming close to the traffic, the image it was normal, I then replaced c311 47uf/200volts (133volt filter capacitor that feeds the horizontal) then the LED stopped oscillating and the hissing also stopped, then I left the TV to test, after a few minutes on the screen turned yellow (image appeared normal but yellow predominated in the scenes). I refitted the solders on the tube plate and also on the ci201 wsound the video signal comes from, but without success, I gave the pins of the tube wsound the socket fits into it a good clean, as they had a darkened tone, when cleaning with a I fitted the socket into the tube with water sandpaper and the image was perfect. |
