When I increase the contrast to maximum the image disappears and then it returns to normal I noticed that at the top of the tele the image gets a little dark, increasing when I adjust the contrast. First check if you have the scope, possible riplle in the secondary power supplies, especially 12v. If you don't have scope, replace the capacitors in these power supplys. If not, check the abl line, possible bad capacitors or open or altered resistors. Also check if the wire that synchronizes the power supply with the horizontal is not inverted. ok, that wire that passes through the inside of the fly-back ferrite.

Does not adjust the width (excess) and has a cushion effect I've already checked the 1,600v capacitor, the coil damper diode and nothing. check all fets and any other transistor that is in the horizontal circuit, remove them to test. There must be a short with a leak....darlington transistor was found on the TSH heatsink with a leak.

Monitor does not turn on I would like you to tell me the value of the resistor r 843 which is close to the fly back and next to a 1 uf x 50 v capacitor. which is burst. the value of the resistor is 12k. Note that if it is toast, the fly-back is bad because it is connected to the abl pin.

There is no image, when you turn on the control lights they flash for a few seconds until they stop and the traffic makes a hissing sound. from the power supply and has no high Problem solved the problem was in the flyback, after changing it the monitor worked perfectly.

Monitor arrived to me with the following defect: the front panel kept blinking and it wouldn't turn on I measured the horizontal output transistor, 2sc5280, which was shorted, I put an equivalent bu2508af in its place, but the defect continued, so I decided to disconnect the horizontal power supply and the monitor started normally, in view of the above I decided to change the flyback, just I put a new fly-back in place and the defect remains the same. If I leave the monitor on and off, the horizontal transistor heats up a lot and if I turn off the horizontal power supply, it starts normally, but without high voltage, it's logical. Man, this transistor is not correct. I tend to use the bu2520dx or the df (it works but it's not exactly the same either) check that those 2 diodes mounted on a heatsink aren't shorted or leaking in one of them for example, then let me know...

Does not turn on without the tube plate connected to the main board So by chance, I turned it on or the harness that comes out of it, and the monitor turned on... I noticed that it had all the pulses, but as if the processor identified the absence of this board, it didn't start, just tec, tec. well no At first there was a burnt resistance, but with its value changed, which feeds the video drive, stv9555 shorted and the power supply was in protection...

This monitor makes a tec, tec, tec noise and doesn't turn on The light doesn't come on and there is voltage in the secondary, I just don't know if they are correct. I already took the tsh and nothing. the +b voltage is 50 volts with or without the tsh. the irf has a pulse when he does the tec. I've already tested the tsh, replaced the ka3842, tested all diodes. it had a toasted resistance that powers the stv9555 (video amplifier), I tested this monitor without connecting the kinescope board, without connecting the wires to it... I already solved the problem...

The owner was using this monitor when it went out and a burning smell appeared When I picked it up I saw a damaged resistor (c843) and a blown capacitor (c787), so I replaced both components, but when I turn it on the monitor keeps making a buzzing noise, which I think comes from the power supply, the LED lights up but nothing happens. It was actually the flyback that was burned. I removed the fly from the board and the power supply started normally, I replaced the fly and it worked perfectly.

With excess width and no control Turning off the transistor width, it decreases. when I disconnect pin 32 of the 4558, the pulse hs (horizontal size) appears, having changed this ci, but without success. Horizontal capacitors all tested. This monitor arrived on the bench with a high problem (fly changed) and now has a width problem. If you turn off the width transistor and it adjusts again, it means that the problem is there at this point, there is a small transistor coupled to this width that is leaking. I already got a monitor like this..

Turns on but no image When I measure g1 with the multimeter and touch the negative to ground and the positive to g1 the monitor gives an image!!!! I replaced the r871 and it worked!

It's not turning on, it doesn't give any signal I thought it was the str s5717, I replaced it but it stayed the same, I measured the diodes and they were all good, I checked the tsh and it was fine too, what else would I have to analyze? This monitor causes a lot of flyback problems, try changing it and also try the IRF640 as it tends to go away with it.

When I turn on the power key with the video cable disconnected from the cpu, it turns on with the LED in green, and the colors red then green and blue appear on the screen, when I connect the video cable to the cpu it turns off, staying with LED in orange color. You can see that it turned off the horizontal, in my opinion it would have to be the opposite when I remove the cable from the CPU and it should have the orange LED. This monitor arrived at the workshop with a defect in the power supply's primary, it had a 22k resistor changed, it was replaced and turned on with this problem, the secondary voltages are all normal. Solved. It was the lack of horizontal synchronism signal that was not reaching the pin of the timing processor ci. The video cable wire was broken.

Resistor r 843 torrando I changed it but it still doesn't turn on, removing the solder from the horizontal collector and it turns on. the r843 is 12k, and the capacitor next to it is 1uf/50v (replace it even if it looks good...). the capacitor was actually blown, the capacitor was replaced and the r 12k was placed but it didn't solve the problem, it turns on but stays on pulsating, flashing all the lights on the panel and making noise, but I didn't have much time for it today I got the lg441 schematic but I couldn't find the r 843 so I think I got the wrong schematic. What caused these components to blow? Did you change the flyback? His is the 6174z-1003d. It really was the flay-back.

Just a horizontal line on the screen Vertical problem. change ic 701 (tda4850), c724 (100mf 16 volts), check c732 (1mf 50 volts) if it has low capacitance. It is located at the rear of the flyback.
