Burned LED panel (03 rulers with 08 LEDs each ruler and the LEDs are 6v) and each LED has 6.6 volts on top of it.... (false cooler error) Voltage of 37v normal in c3300 but without audio and it was not the output. pin 40 of ic2006 could not go to zero if the cooler is spinning. Transistor q2006(nb) was open, which led q2008 and q2010 to give negative voltage on pin 40 of the ic2006 processor. After exchanging the q2006 for a bc817 it started working again! Ruizyn
