PHILIPS	20PT4331 /78R - CHASSIS L03	Mechanical noise in stand by.	- check resistor 3520 (1k2) and capacitors 2528 (22µf, 50v), 2520 (10nf), 2452 (22nf) this capacitor was not mounted on the first models.
PHILIPS	20PT4331 /78R - CHASSIS L03	Twinkling frame - with/without ""bloom"" expansion.	- check possible change in the 1k 3525 smd resistor connected to pin 9 of the ci 7250.- check altered 6451 diode.- check open 3454 resistor.
