This jumper should have a voltage of around 2.6v, more or less, in my case it was above 3v wsound it went into protection. , this jumper is connected to the resistors rs866 , rs855 , da854 , the same good ones without replaces , the problem is the glue on the parts , remove the glue and replace the components , but I did it on all the components around these 3 that I mentioned too , just to ensure, note: do not leave the jumper disconnected, be a responsible technician, do not do this test with the board connected to the other boards, only perform this test with the power supply outside the TV, the jumper has no problem turning it off, it will not damage the board, but first measure to check that tsound are no shorts or other problems on the board! After checking if the voltage returned to normal on the jumper, something like 2.6v, then turn it on again.
