TV does not turn on, standby LED flashes 4x indicating balancer error. Check inverter board ssl460el-s02. power supply on 180u x 50v capacitors at double. Defective TV is at 23v and after it works it switches to 36v. If it is not doubling to 36v, a possible defect on the inverter board.
