Buzzing at the power supply, doesn't work. | The first defect was the shorted diode that powers the +b of the fly-back (replace with original). On the first attempt to turn on the TV, it turned on with a green screen and white trace lines. I turned off the TV once and then when I turned it back on, there was no sign of life. After a lot of searching, I found a bf485 instead of the 2sc2236 (horiz driver). I decided to remove it and found a minimum leakage from base to emitter on the scale of x1. Just replace it and that's it. osb.: just replace with another original (2sc2236)

Burning horizontal outlet | The defect was the horizontal outlet itself, I was forced to buy an original from an authorized dealer because the 2 (two) I bought in stores were of poor quality. the transistor is the bu2508dx.

HPS 1481
|
Height adjustment does not open the entire image, causing darkness at the top of the screen | C-607 causes excess noise in the +b of the vertical ci, without image and with sound, enlarging the screen, vertical closed was noticed, check r-315 of 1.8 m, another possibility is r 312=2.2r open.

FLY BACK MARCA CCE
|
Model that has 5 turns of wire around the ferrite core of the fly back | Inverting the position causes a strong black bar on one side of the image, or excess width; Be careful because the rush means that these details go unnoticed and then you would be looking for a defect where it no longer exists.

|
Add color or out of phase | Change the value of resistor r203 from 100r to 330r; - change the value of capacitor c401 from 12pf to 15pf; - check “sand-castle” pulse on pin 5 of ic502; - if the tda8361 is version (4x), replace it with (3y), also changing the resistor r501 according to the IC version.

Dark stripe on the side, poor video and chroma | Check r427 (4k7 changed), r403 to 405, d401, c401, ic402; - reverse connection of the wire wound on the fly-back ferrite (± 4 turns).

TV turns off by itself or after turning it off, via the keyboard or c.r., it won't turn on again | By turning it off and on again via the AC cable, the TV starts working again. This problem occurs in locations with a low AC network. - replace the 2k7 - 10w resistor r806 with 1k5 - 10 or 15w; Attention:- in some TVs there are 3 8k2 - 3w resistors in place of the 2k7 - 10w resistor. Solder the resistor well away from the PCI. - replace transistor q704.

Without video with the screen divided into three colors | Be careful with these cce, you think the defect is in one block and it is in another. In this case, it was solved just by changing the vertical ci, ok? |
