This TV only started tuning the channels after about five minutes or more after turning it on. I measured the tuning and power supply voltage of the tuner and it is correct (12 and 33 volts). The voltage of –30 volts was –23volts, following the trail I found the capacitor c715 of 4.7uf 160volts next to the resistor r730 which was practically exhausted. After the change it worked normally again

Dead! The power supply starting was a little low, around 6 to 7 v - I replaced the tda 8361 and blz - it worked but it turned off when changing channels - cause - d302 on the abl line in a semi short - 1n4531 - it could even be 1n4148!
