When it doesn't matter, it's just on Stanbay. time turns on and the dashboard LEDs do not light up	I checked the power supply, the memory	I noticed when I heated the motherboard with the thermal blower the TV turned on normally when it cooled down the TV stopped and the symptoms started as I described. I started heating the capacitors on the motherboard and one capacitor in particular when I heated it the TV worked normally and I removed it to measure 100μF/16v volts it had a low capacitance of 47μF. I replaced it with 100μF/25v and the TV started working normally again.	Adriano Miranda

PHILCO	PCM 2051	This television played a trick on me, after I repaired it I tested it and released it, it went back to the workshop, just calling when I wanted, I suspected the c913 but I didn't change it because I tested the esr was good on capacheck and capacitance was ok on the capacimeter, I spent a long time looking for a defect wsound it wasn't I did, until the next day I decided to go back to the c913 when the problem appeared and heat it with the iron and the TV turned on normally.	C913 changes the esr only when it is cold or at room temperature, changing it without measuring, in my case I put a 2.2uf per 100v it was a gem.	Replace c913 (edfesom varjota-ce)	Edfesom
