PHILCO	PTV43E60SN	The LEDs don't light up	The LED power supply was 63v, but the page up folder did not activate, I added a 150k resistor in series with a polyester capacitor (taken from v-com) or it could be 1mf, between pins 1 (+12v) and pin 14 (black light adjustment) of the ci mps1706 mp4010. it worked normally.		mpaulo
