PHILCO	PCS2700	TV doesn't work, c913 = 470pf shorted disk killed the power supply, after changing the TV it worked, but tsound was no (osd) that is menu characters on the screen (cause c612 = 10mf for 50v. no capacity). which sends a pulse to pin 2 of the micro.	Causes c913=470pf which killed the + b and c 612=10uf for 50 v.	Both capacitors were replaced and it was ok.	Armando de Olimpia,Eletronica EvoluSom.
PHILCO	TP-2052N	I got this TV with a shorted horz.bu2506dx output, I put in a monitor output, I noticed it was getting a little hotter, but I handed it in after 3 days.
