I removed it and put it back and it returned to normal.

SAMSUNG	UN46EH6030	It doesn't turn on, it just flashes on standby.	Power supply does not arm, standby voltage ok, secondary with oscillating voltages. This power supply has protection, when an LED has a problem or the bars are disconnected it does not activate. I spent some time analyzing it, thinking it was something in the power supply, but it was a problem with the LED bars.	Disassemble the panel and solder the LED bar connectors (in the middle). This type of bar gives poor contact and opens the series of LEDs.	GABSENS
