Dead, power down pin of micro low - replaced ic521 Unit dead, standby led on (red). found pin 4 of ic521 low andpin 1 high. diagram shows pin 10 is output and pin 13 is input, this isnot correct. jumped pin 1 and pin 4 and unit would power up.
