The TV only has standby on but it doesn't oscillate and there's no high voltage. I checked that the power supply was low, with approximately 80 volts on the +b of the flayback, I even changed all the transistors on the power supply and up to 432 smd, but nothing increased the voltage on the power supply. +b.
