Without the schematic, I tested the rectifier diodes and the output IC. As I didn't find anything wrong, I had it rolled up (it doesn't exist for replacement). I paid 55.00 for the service and as soon as I called it, smoke rose and the tranco fried immediately. I thought the winder had done something wrong to the primary wires and went back there. As he had another similar one already ready, he handed it to me right away and assured that what would have burned was a short in the secondary due to the condition of the external coil. now carefully, I first connected the power supply to the transformer...everything was normal...the secondary one has two plugs...I plugged in the 4-wire one first and it got hot right away. I went to check and the rc2 ceramic disc capacitor (47 nf) was completely shorted at the input of the diodes. problem solved. As it is difficult to find it, I wrote down the values of the transformer in case anyone needs it: primary black/red 19Ω red/white 59Ω. the secondary has 5 separate windings: voltages measured (a) with the secondary unplugged from the circuit and (b) with the device operating at medium volume and radio function. blue/blue 2.2Ω (a)22.4vac (b)21.5vac red/red1.0Ω (a)16.5vac (b)16.2vac white/white1.4Ω (a)5.2vac (b)4 .7vac brown/brown 9Ω (a) 32.7vac (b)32.0vac gray/gray2.2Ω (a)19.1vac (b)18.4vac		littlecarlos

One detail is that there was no need to wait for those 4s. All you had to do was turn on the power and it would turn back on and repeat the problem. the 130v line was normal (it read 129.5v). the 27v line was only showing 23v, after testing the components on that line they were normal, so I replaced the q301 (tda9309) and the TV started working again, but still with the bending, which returned to normal after a few minutes.
