The LED would blink 13 to 14 times, the screen would not light up, the relay would hit, it would turn green again, and it would stay in this loop. | 24v did not reach the inverter board. it had the main_on(24_on) pulse of 3.3v. analyzing the circuit, including the transistor q881 was activated, but it did not polarize the fet p channel q843 that releases the 24v for the inverter. Making measurements with the multimeter, it showed 300r on top of capacitors c890 and c891 of 10u each. removing them, the c890 was showing resistance of 300r. The TV keeps blinking the stand-by LED and the backlight blinks at the same rate.
