Solution: d1105 in short, the 5v regulator ic1205 that feeds the circuit of this diode which is the CR receiver among others was overheating due to excess current and causing it to trigger protection, not that of the TV but that of the ic1205 itself doing the even turn it off, but when the voltage reference at its input changed, it turned it back on again, which caused the defect. Cold and/or broken solders, I noticed that the power supply's secondary diode had their solder not completely cracked, but even so I refilled these and the others that I found throughout the board.
