PHILCO	PH 14D	When you plug the device into the socket, the LED lights up and then goes out, but the device doesn't work - and the + b is low (+ or - 45 volts) and in addition the c 835 takes a long time to discharge.	The person responsible for all this is: r835 10r open and q881 (2n5551) shorted.	Replace r 835 (can be metal film) and q881.
