Blinking LED, +b normal power supply Procedure: checking the horizontal circuit, I discovered the horizontal output transistor q703 (bu2508dx) shorted and the vertical output ci shorted (pin 6 shorted to pin 1), the +b of the power supply (120 volts) normally reached pin 1 of the flyback, 9 volts on the regulator ic701 (ba17809t), but there was no 24 volts on pin 6 of the vertical output IC nor the 12 volts on pin 10 of the flyback. Researching the polarization circuits, I found the resistor r720 (0.47r 1/3w) open. I replaced it, the TV started working normally again. andrefernandes44
