The cause was the u803, the 5v regulator located on the top of the board.	A piece of advice for anyone who gets these Philips nx5, nx7 boxes with a power supply defect without calling: have a high budget and already carry out preventive maintenance on all its chronic defects. changing the famous electrolytics around the computer, micro switches, cleaning controls, etc. so you don't have to disassemble everything again later, especially during the warranty. The worst thing about these boxes is disassembling and accessing the plates, a lot of work! So it's better to do it all at once.
