Does not turn on, the LED sometimes lights up, the voltage at the base of 7461 and 7463 was 0.11v and at the emitter it was 0.37v, the other voltages were all normal. | Solution: transistor 7406 bu4508dx -> horizontal output *note: the low voltages made me change the transistors 7461, 7463 and the capacitor 2455 but after changing them the voltages remained low, so I concluded that this was due to a short in the secondary of the transformer 5461 this is because of the transistor 7460 -> horizontal output which was burnt and causing a small leak between collector and base and as its base is connected to the secondary of the 5461 this caused a short in it which was reflected in the primary and killed the voltages of 7461 and 7463.

Does not work (it remains switched off) | Resistor 3445 and 3446 (both 1r) open | Checked the voltage at pin 2 (ic7520) of 13.8v, and main supply of 97v, both ok! then I found that I didn't have the voltages of -12v (diode 6446) and 160v (diode 6447) due to the open resistors. | Anderson Viana - Manaus |

It has sound, no image and no characters. I measured the screen voltage it was zero. I came to the conclusion that the tube was shorted, I removed the socket and the deflector and tapped around the kinescope tube and the short disappeared. I put the deflector and socket in place. the screen tension arrived and the image appeared normally. | Kinescope with shorted grids, consuming screen voltage. | VALDO RECIFE
