Def. a little crazy, he calls whenever he wants | I tested all the secondary components of the power supply plus the tsh, the vertical output, fly-back and I didn't find anything abnormal. Have you taken a look under the plastic grille of this monitor, I don't know if the defect is the same as the one I had, but what I had was that the image disappeared or didn't even appear, it was a jammer through which the tube filament feed passes, the solder was It's broken and it's right under the plastic grille, without dismantling it, you can't see it.

Does not act on the width and has a cushion effect, perhaps because it is too wide | I replaced the 2sd669 transistor which was shorted and everything was in its place

Noises coming from the monitor | Modify r909(1k --> 5.1k). Add the capacitor between the c943 ground and q928 emitter. 3.add hot glue (jet melt type) to the capacitor.

Without full width and height opening | Swapped q801 and 802 (both with leaks in the last scale of the multimeter) caused the r 939 of 3.3Ω to heat up, but what probably burned it was the short in the ic 701 kb 2511. the short in the kb by its pin 28 must have damaged the two transistors that had perhaps not activated the irf q 804 (detail: I had already removed this irf, doubting that it was stealing current from the power supply)

It turns on... but no image appears | The problem is that the secondary voltages are very confused... and the power supply transformer keeps making a strange noise, not the typical "tick tick tick" but a continuous noise... with some oscillations...... o b+ the fly back has 37v. I isolated the tsh to measure the voltages, everything went back to normal... but after about 2 minutes without the collector, the capacitor c837 100uf x 100v smoked... I already replaced it, and when I isolated the b+ for measurement, the irfs630a burned out too....I already replaced it too.......is it the flyback, friends?..the biggest problem is that I already tested it on that Diatron test device, and it was good! .... it was the flyback... exchanged and it works again.

This monitor is excessively wide and has a cushion defect. When I try to adjust, the LEDs just keep flashing | I've already replaced the ci kb2511 and the 669 width transistor. I placed two fet irf640 transistors in positions q507 and q550, but I don't know if they are the original ones. I also need to know the value of the coil l502. A question if you remove the q506 2sd669 from the circuit

The flyback was exchanged for an original one, but when it starts, it goes out and makes a few clicks with the front LEDs flashing. | The problem will be solved by replacing the .047 x 25 electrolytic capacitor that is located on the power supply's primary.

Brightness increasing in intensity and panel brightness potentiometer does not work | Replaced the 2.2m resistor r871. studioworks 560n does not turn on, it ticks and the demagnetizer relay hits. LED keeps flashing. change the following electrolytic capacitors in the power supply primary (even if they look good on the capacimeter) the 2 47mf, the 4.7mf the 2.2mf the 0.47mf (it has to be this value!, in case you can't get one , connect two 1mf in series, respecting polarity. Of course, this monitor can present the same symptom due to other problems such as shorted horizontal output, flyback, etc... but in the specific case of this monitor, the problem was this.

He keeps trying to set up the power supply and send high voltage and he can't but if he waits for a while he tries, sometimes he sets it up and sends high voltage but this rarely happens and when he doesn't succeed he just sets up the power supply but doesn't send high voltage (the tube does not light up). | Defective flyback

When you increase the contrast or the screen, it increases normally and after a drop in contrast, it seems to saturate something and make the contrast "much".... | A common defect that causes one of them is to change one of these two resistors r743 or r742, both 680k. Changed the resistors and it started working again. studioworks 57i when I turn it on, the monitor goes up and then turns off. g1 and g2 are without tension. If your monitor uses the fly 6174z-2001g there is a high chance that it is defective, when this defect usually happens the fly and the ci that goes next to it must be replaced It is a kia358 the position if I am not mistaken It is ic704

When I increase the contrast to maximum the image disappears and then it returns to normal | I noticed that at the top of the tele the image gets a little dark, increasing when I adjust the contrast. First check if you have the scope, possible riplle in the secondary power supplies, especially 12v. If you don't have scope, replace the capacitors in these power supplys. If not, check the abl line, possible bad capacitors or open or altered resistors. Also check if the wire that synchronizes the power supply with the horizontal is not inverted. ok, that wire that passes through the inside of the fly-back ferrite.

Does not adjust the width (excess) and has a cushion effect | I've already checked the 1,600v capacitor, the coil damper diode and nothing. check all fets and any other transistor that is in the horizontal circuit, remove them to test. There must be a short with a leak....darlington transistor was found on the TSH heatsink with a leak.

Monitor does not turn on | I would like you to tell me the value of the resistor r 843 which is close to the fly back and next to a 1 uf x 50 v capacitor. which is burst. the value of the resistor is 12k. Note that if it is toast, the fly-back is bad because it is connected to the abl pin. |
