PHILCO	TP14U56	When plugged into the socket, the power supply gave a signal that it would work but it didn't, and the LED didn't even light up. and the +b voltage was just 10v and the normal 4.7v voltage	R107 of the LED and e-prom system was open and the sw101 was broken.
