PHILCO	HITACHI PAVM/U-ST	This TV only started tuning the channels after about five minutes or more after turning it on. I measured the tuning and power supply voltage of the tuner and it is correct (12 and 33 volts).	The voltage of -30 volts was -23volts, following the trail I found the capacitor c715 of 4.7uf 160volts next to the resistor r730 which was practically exhausted. After the change it worked normally again

PHILCO HITACHI	PC2004	Black band at the top of the screen (vertical out of height). impossible to adjust. good output transistor, good ci and trimpot too	C609 and 610 amended.
PHILCO HITACHI	PC1401	TV stopped without 115vdc. When touching one of the resistors r1907/06/05, the power supply armed and the TV worked	One of the resistors changed from 82k. (it was touched with saliva, thus giving bad resistor conduction).
