It doesn't turn on anything, not even stand-by. Power supply apparently ok, with a voltage of 7v (stand-by voltage). the problem was in the ac-det line (sector that informs the computer that tsound is ac voltage coming from the primary). In my case, it was a defect in the power supply's PC702 photocoupler, which was not activating the base of the Q702 transistor (SMD connected to pin 3 of the power supply's CN3 socket) Replace the pc702 photocoupler that goes into the power supply (if the base of the transistor q702 becomes polarized, the problem has been solved) Gênios Eletrônica SJ SC
