Dead, replaced ic-5001 Dead set. no 135v, +18v and -18v. replaced dc-dc converter,won't help. then applied 50v dc to 135v found 0v at pin 11 ic5001. dc-dcconverter input should be +143v and -143v. training manual indicated+295 and -205v.
