No color the first two minutes Color only incorrect for the first two minutes set is poweredon. monitor pin 14 was high then drops to level selected after about twominutes. every other function ok, also all level functions ok.

No transport No transport functions, ie, pb, r/w, or ff. servicer hadreplaced ic501, 502, 507. inspection revealed signals going into ic502,but not output functions.

Shut down during pb of a blank tape or tape with dropouts Syscon bd (-15) contains jw-193, connecting pin 24 of ic401(rot sens) to pin 6 of ic301 (noise det). pin 6 of ic301 goes high duringpb of a blank tape or dropout portion, shutting down the unit via pin 24of ic401.

Black icicles/wrong part Looks like black icicles at top of screen, projecting downabout 1/2 to 1 1/2, and diminishing toward the right side.

Severe flagging in pb mode When entering ff or rw, unit would go into stop. when in playpix would flag severely. i found the reel brakes were not releasing.q332 was shorted, keeping brake solenoid in brake position.
