CCE	HPS 2004	TV maybe oscillates maybe not, normal power supply.	Horizontal oscillator transistor = mpsa42 does not oscillate and in the test, it seemed to be good.	A bc337 was placed, more like the emitter and the collector is in the position of the original tr, the bc337 is placed inverted, that is, facing the opposite of the symbol that is on the board.
