LED burned out or shorted	This TV uses 3 bars in parallel with 5 6v LEDs on each bar, so each bar only supports 30v. in my case the power supply was sending 32.5v! 1st replace the LEDs or bars. 2nd lower the voltage on the LEDs to 29.2v by removing the 2r2 smd resistors (rb13, rb14) good luck. PHILCO	40L2400	Turns off after about 30 minutes.	Voltage regulator n803 (1117-1.5v) which is next to the processor, dropping voltage on the in pin.
