PHILIPS	20PT3331	I'm sound	Test 1: if the sound reaches the sound output, disconnect pin 9 from the output, if the sound is loud, replace the smd 6908 zener diode... test 2: if the sound does not reach the sound output, just reconnect one tweezers, with the TV on high volume, shorting out the caps. smd 2201 and 2202 are close to pin 31 of the processor, which outputs sound you change. good luck	In my case, I did test 2, and it was the smd 2202 cap. PHILIPS	29PT4635/78 LO1	This TV arrived at the workshop with the vertical closed. the resistor in position 3479 of 2k7 open, was the cause of the problem. I replaced this resistor, and the device started to work normally for a few hours, until I noticed that the screen darkened and brightened slightly and then, it darkened once and for all, leaving the sound and normal OSD. After researching a little more, I found the smd transistor in position 7204 shorted. Once this resistor was replaced, the device started working normally again.	The 2k7 smd resistor in position 3479 open, was the cause of the closed vertical. the smd transistor in position 7204 bc857b, responsible for dimming the screen.		jfr
