3v3 low power supply does not work, even after being fixed and revised. | Ci driver u101 ( lnk362) shorted, diodes d101, d102, d103 (all 1n4007) shorted. They were replaced and it still didn't wobble. | Zd103 diode (7.5v smd diode) with leakage. This diode goes close to the photo coupler pc101. Note: if you test it with a multimeter it will look good.
