Dead - replace timer/control ic801 mf-122 board. Unit dead. there is no display and no clock. power supply isok.

Plays only cd: ic005 mb701 bd. While tracing the video signal, i found signal at pin 69 ofic001 but, it was not present at pin 73 ic001. i then checked pin 59(docswitch control) this was low.

Unit locked up - play button stuck. After plugging power into unit, the unit would say you haveno messages and then none of the buttons would work. found the playbutton pressed and stuck down locking the unit up.

No audio output on tape - resolder leaf switch s401 Tape deck functions work properly, but no audio output andopr/batt indicator off switch terminals of s401 are cold soldered, causings301-1 that supplies voltages to pin 9 (vcc) of ic303 (power amp) and d350(opr/batt indicator) to zero volt.
