PHILCO	PCM 2048 ***	When I turned on the TV, the pacifier made noise as it was leaking voltage, and the TV would have no image, a blue screen and running out of frequency, I cleaned the pacifier and put it back but it didn't solve it, then the noise went to the cannon, but not anymore. it was the cannon, opening the shock notice that the screen cable had dry solder. I redid the solder and the TV was normal	Write cable with dry solder if you don't decide to change the shock.	Rusty shock.	wagner
