CCE	D42	Blue LED with red, does not turn on, all voltages ok, power supply board ok, keyboard board ok.	100uf-16v electrolytic filter capacitor at the output of the 1.8v LD1117 voltage regulator, from the main board, apparently good capacitor, but killing the 1.8v voltage dropping to 1.2v.	After removing the capacitor, the TV turned on normally even without the capacitor, but it was replaced and the TV is working beautifully.	jss_josafa
